About Us

Brighton Skin Surgery was established by Dr Avni Patel in 2011. She qualified from Kings College Medical and Dental School, London in 1994. She worked in hospitals in and around London before becoming a GP in 1999, moving to Brighton in 2003. She developed her minor surgery skills through formal training as well as working in Dermatology departments in London and Brighton & Hove.

She also continues to be part of the NHS Dermatology team in Brighton.
